Measure burnout across your team. Understand what's driving it. Act on it.
A fast, anonymous 8-question assessment that gives every team member clarity on their own burnout - and gives you the aggregate picture to make informed decisions.
The team assessment turns a vague sense that people are stretched into a clear, anonymised picture of where the pressure actually sits.
What a team report looks like
A sample of the report a manager receives. Built from the team's own anonymised responses.
Three people on this team are in burnout territory, and you have almost certainly not heard it from them. By the time it shows as a resignation, the window to act has closed.
Only 42% of burned-out employees ever tell their manager. The twelve people running on fumes or beyond are nearly three times more likely to leave within the year, and at SHRM's replacement cost of 50 to 200 percent of salary, avoidable attrition on a team this size runs into six figures.
Number of people in each band, and share of the team.
51% of this team is running on fumes or beyond, against a national workforce average of 55% (Eagle Hill, 2025). This team is not an outlier, which is exactly why it warrants attention.
Illustrative example built from anonymised, aggregated responses. No individual is ever identified in any report a manager sees. Cost figures are general estimates, not a guarantee.
What you get
Useful results for every person, and a clear picture for every manager
A personal burnout score
Every team member receives a number between 0 and 100, calculated across 8 well-researched burnout drivers. Clear, specific, and immediately meaningful.
Their specific elevated drivers
Not a vague stress level - the precise pressures most elevated for them. Physical overload. Cognitive overload. Recovery deficit. Purpose erosion. Each one named and explained in plain language.
Personalised action steps
Targeted recommendations based on their top two drivers. Small, specific, and actionable this week - not a generic wellness plan.
Complete anonymity
Individual scores and responses are never visible to managers or the organisation. People answer honestly because they know their results are entirely their own.
Aggregate score distribution
Not just a team average - a breakdown of how many people are in each band. The distribution tells you far more than any average score.
Concentration alerts
If a significant proportion of your team is in burnout territory, the report flags it immediately - regardless of what the team average shows.
Driver frequency breakdown
Which of the 8 burnout drivers appear most frequently - shown as how many people flagged each driver, not an average score.
Manager action guide
Specific steps at the team and individual level, written in plain language - no traffic light dashboards that look impressive but don't help anyone recover.
Optional custom questions
Add up to 5 organisation-specific questions alongside the standard 8. Results shown separately in the report.
How it works
Simple to run. Meaningful to act on.

Tell us how you want to run it - by team, by department, by business unit, or organisation-wide. We'll answer your questions and send sample report pages so you know exactly what to expect.
We configure the assessment
You receive a unique link for your team - configured with your group, your timeline, and any custom questions you want to add. We handle the setup.
Your team takes the assessment
8 questions. 30 seconds. On any device, no account needed. Completely anonymous. Most teams complete it within 48 hours of receiving the link.
Everyone gets something useful
Each team member sees their personal results immediately. You receive the aggregate report by email once responses are collected. Both manager and team leave with something concrete to act on.
Act, then reassess
The report tells you exactly what to do next - at the team level and the individual level. Plan to reassess in 60–90 days to track whether scores have moved.
How organisations use it
Flexible by design
By team
A team lead wants to understand what their immediate group is experiencing before a quarterly planning session.
By department
An HR manager runs the assessment across a whole department to identify whether burnout is concentrated in a specific function.
By business unit
A People Ops team assesses multiple business units separately to compare burnout profiles and prioritise where to focus resources.
Organisation-wide
A company runs the assessment across all employees as part of an annual wellbeing review - with separate reports for each department.
Before and after
An organisation runs the assessment, implements targeted interventions, and reruns it 90 days later to measure whether scores have moved.
As an ongoing pulse
A team lead runs the assessment quarterly to track burnout trends over time and catch early warning signs before they escalate.
Why I built this
"I kept seeing the same thing - people who were clearly burning out but had no language for what was happening to them. They thought they were tired. They thought they needed a holiday. They thought they just weren't resilient enough.
The moment they saw their score and their specific drivers, something shifted. They stopped blaming themselves and started understanding the pressures at play. Recovery deficit. Cognitive overload. Purpose erosion. Suddenly it wasn't a personal failing - it was a specific, identifiable, addressable problem.
That moment of clarity is what My Burnout Score is built around. The team assessment exists because that moment shouldn't only be available to individuals. Managers deserve to understand what their team is carrying - and teams deserve to know their organisation is paying attention. That is the point: every person leaves with something genuinely useful, regardless of what you do with the aggregate findings."

FOR ORGANISATIONS
How the team assessment handles data
The individual quiz stores nothing. The team assessment is different by necessity: to produce an aggregate report, individual responses are collected and analysed. Responses are anonymised, aggregated at the team level, and never tied to a named individual in any report a manager sees. Data is retained only as long as needed to produce and discuss your report, and is deleted on request. If you have specific data-handling or compliance requirements, we are happy to discuss them before you begin.
A focused way to start
Begin with a single team rather than a full rollout. It's the simplest way to see what the assessment surfaces and whether it tells you something worth acting on - without committing the whole organisation up front.
